It is no secret that what we eat affects how we feel, and perform. Healthy eating is vital for so many reasons. It can be the difference between feeling tired, or more energetic at the start of the day. Personally I really want to change how I eat, & recently I have been making things from scratch in a bid for clean eating.
One of my top favourite things is Avocado. Slice it in half, grab a tea spoon. Scoop some up. And voila! It is nutty, smooth, and creamy. Delicious. What are you waiting for! The yummiest ones I have had were from Waitrose, so incredibly smooth, & yummy!

Obviously, when it comes to consumption, moderation and balance is key. You don’t want to overdo it. Too much of anything never ends well :p
